Kristen Schmitt is the founder of Thrive to Lead, LLC., a coaching and consulting practice that helps people in sales and leadership roles with their goals. Before founding her own business, Kristen held various sales leadership roles for Pearson Education and received top performer awards at both district and senior management levels.
Kristen has 23 years of experience coaching informally in complex environments. She holds a BBA from Central Michigan University, is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is certified to administer Hogan Personality Assessments. She's also a member of ICF and Vistage International.
