About Kristen

 

Kristen Schmitt is the founder of Thrive to Lead, LLC. Kristen has over 20 years of experience in a complex sales environment, primarily in higher education with Pearson. She has held various sales leadership roles and has achieved top sales performer status at both district and regional manager levels.

Over time, Kristen has built multiple teams of individuals who have thrived professionally and personally. In addition, Kristen spent two years in efficacy research for Pearson, partnering with clients to evaluate and quantify product implementation.

Kristen holds a BBA from Central Michigan University, and is a Certified Master Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Vistage International, NAWBO, Conway Center for Family Business, and Columbus Bar Association. Kristen resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, JT and two children, Joey and Allison.
